South African FA Fulfills Promise, Pays R4000,000 For Winning WAFCON

South Africa won the Women’s Africa Cup of Nation for the first time in their history last month.

The South African Football Federation have said that they have transferred R400,000 [10.3 million] to each player’s account as promised after they won the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

Bayana Bayana won all their matches en-route to making history.

South African FA had earlier promised to pay each player R400,000 if they win the prestigious competition.

The Football Federation has now announced that they have fulfilled their promise this morning by transferring the R400,000 [10 million] into their respective accounts.
