Erik Ten Hag: Hands Off PSG, Marcus Rashford Is Not For Sale

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag speaks to the press on Friday afternoon ahead of the trip to face Brentford in the Premier League.

The manager while previewing the match for Saturday evening talked about Paris Saint-Germain’s interest in Marcus Rashford, Cristiano Ronaldo and his own side’s transfer business.

United travel to West London in search of three points and a much improved performance as they look to put things right after their disappointing opening weekend defeat to Brighton last time out.

Brentford are winless in six top-flight meetings with United (D1 L5) since beating them twice in the 1936-37 season, and Ten Hag’s side haven’t started a season with two consecutive defeats since the inaugural Premier League campaign back in 1992-93.

Erik ten Hag has however announced that Marcus Rashford won’t join PSG: “Rashford is really important, you have seen from the first day. I’m really happy with him and definitely don’t want to lose him”

“Rashford is in our plans. He will stay at Manchester United”.

This is coming at the back of news making the rounds that the United No. 10 will be looking to trade the Old Trafford for The Paris Giant.

While asked about Cristiano Ronaldo, “Cristiano had a good training week, I thought he played a little bit longer than half an hour, he’s had two half games and for the starting XI we will see tomorrow”.

“My decision, I keep it”, he added.

Anthony Martial and Victor Lindelof are among the first team players that’ll be missing the game.
